Refund and Returns Policy
Unfortunately Flora International does not offer returns for a full refund at this time.
Flora International has a 7 day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us for exchange:
- Is in its original packaging
- The seal of each product intact
- The packaging of the product has not been tampered with
This is how you can exchange an item:
- Call Flora International Customer Service on

- Log in the reason for exchanging the item.
- Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to:
- Flora International
Attention: Returns Department
We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address.
You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about cancellations at the earliest.
Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it is important that you notify us immediately. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
